Advice needed

Hello everyone,

it's my first time posting here, and I wanted to make it special by asking for some advice.

I'm soon going to start actively looking for work/employment, but I'm not a university graduate and I'm multi-passionate. My CV is full of all kinds of NGO/volunteering projects and non-formal education.

Also, a couple of characteristics of my ideal work environment are working remotely in a global environment with a possibility of learning/further education. I know this is a lot, that's why it is "ideal".

With that being noted - I kindly ask you for any type of advice. Anything at all that you would like that you had known or just think that I should know (based on everything written, which I know is broad).

I'm looking forward to learning from you🫶

@asjafocus

Work as many find out is different then you will expect.... formal or non formal education is not a big defining factor. I always tell myself is the job description and what you will actually do often does not match.... remote is not practical for many just starting in a career as mentorship and leaning comes first both hard to do remotely.

use each job, as you most likely will change a few to several times in your life, as a learning opportunity to move forward.

@toughTiger6481 thank you so much for taking time and sending your advice my way! It really encouraged me what you pointed out about education, and I'll especially focus on what you said about mentorship and learning when it comes to starting one's career in remote mode.
