How to deal with a supervisor who doesn't want to hear the team member's opinion?

@Sky5758 It sounds challenging to feel unheard by your supervisor. You must feel frustrated in your role when input is discouraged. Understandably, being unable to fully contribute as part of the team would be difficult. How does that experience show up for you on a daily basis?
