Changing Jobs
I work pest control in Florida and it's horrible. Toxic behavior is built in. Everything from the customers to the CRM, to my work phone is obviously set up to stress you out and gaslight you.

I just woke up and had a bad dream were I was going through a customers house while he was upset with me and I've been having bad dreams almost every night

I am so sorry to hear this, and this must be really difficult and exhausting to deal with. I hope you find a better job soon and know that everyday you do this current job, you're being really resilient and brave.
