Feeling frustrated

. I hate my job. I work from home and it feels like they micromanage every single thing I do. They critique my calls nonstop, and I’m always stressed about numbers just so I can maybe get a bonus. I work 9–6 Monday through Friday, and it feels like I have zero time to take care of my own life. Even something simple like picking up my meds feels impossible, because if I’m late, it goes against my attendance and could cost me my $500 bonus. I feel like I’m just a number to them, not a person. I used to love this job, but now I hate logging in every day.

@peachCake8933 When you feel micromanagement it can feel invasive in the sense your own thoughts and feelings and internal experience are dismissed.

You could reflect on with their feedback is personal or serves a point (e.g. Is it about providing a good quality of service to service users or it is about bringing you down?)

Are past experiences in the workplace impacting how you feel? Bullying, Discrimination, Harrasment

Take care,
