It has been a two weeks and three days since I resigned from my previous job in the restaurant industry.

My spirit was drained, my not in the wesry space of not knowing when the job will last. It was not worth the energy. In 9 months of hiding myself, I missed teaching yoga and connecting with my community.

In that same breathe I applied to my current traning position as a stretch practioncer which is in my therpautic background. massage + yoga

While training all my issues are releasing from my tissues, I did my beat to rest before I began traning this week. This form of healinng theraputics is new to me deeply.

With all the positive feedback and love I was happily over stimulated which thru me a bit off today/being over worked on during traning. My body is saying to rest and start again on Monday am or Tuesday so I can really take the time to take care of my body with out racing the clock like my chef self does from time to time🥲😅🤎

i feel confident in my practice now it is time to deeply pour into myself to power up to my next level!!!

@Lenaye8 Thank you for your positive post! 🥰It's always good when you can slow the grind and tap back into the root of yourself. I am so proud of you for taking that occupational risk and wish you all the best moving forward. What are you planning to implement in your self-care routine? What are some ways you would encourage others to do the same?
