You mean ppl just go to work and do their job without any bothering or annoying or what you mean!!

It can be very frustrating especially if in a team setting and a few leave the hard work for rest of team to carry the weight. 

 Depending on what you do some employers are more willing to overlook slackers because a person doing little is better then no one.   Again very frustrating to team members who are doing more to make up for slackers.  IMO in many places i have encountered people doing the bare minimum they can get away with. It also spreads as if one person is getting away doing very little others think "why am I trying so hard"   it is a no win situation.
