Work Stress
I made a mistake at work. It’s my first job in the career I studied for in school. It’s a hard job and there’s so much going on. Mistakes like this make me feel like I’m not good enough for the job. This makes me feel guilty, or makes me feel imposter syndrome almost. I’ll get so anxious that my stomach churns and I throw up while driving to work.
I moved far from home for the job and I’m isolated from all friends and family. I feel alone and depressed.
I’m the type to cram down my feelings and ignore them. I’ve had an anxiety attack / nervous breakdown twice in the past two weeks. Once emotions come out and I can’t make them stop.
I want to get a job closer to home. But I feel like I am running away from my problems which doesn’t seem like a good answer. I’ve started in person therapy and have had two sessions and I hope it helps me ease my anxiety.

i hope your therapy goes well... I think many of us have been in similar situations where a mistake makes us believe we are an impostor or not good at the job .. in fact everyone makes mistakes it is how you recover that stands out...
give this job some time so you do not wonder down the road if you were exiting too soon ... you can always make it a project to browse and search for job prospects closer to home in your spare time.
