Work Manager Problems

I'm currently working for a company and this is my first job. I love the work place but my manager is making it hard for me. She keeps giving me hard tasks beyond my skills and requires them in a shortest period of time.I work in the NOC and it's very demanding and yet these tasks she gives me are not part of the daily work. She never does equal balance of work allocation, whenever someone asks her for help on something it's like my name is the closest to her mouth. It's frustrating me a lot. Because when I don't deliver she always complains. I would want to report to the HR but have seen what happens when someone reports, people will start hating on you. This is frustrating me . Kindly advise.
