How do you build resilience?

Developing resilience is like growing a strong tree. Just like a tree needs water, sunlight, and care to grow tall and strong, we can develop resilience by doing certain things.

First, it's important to have a positive attitude. Think of it like wearing a shining cape of positivity! Focus on the things that make you happy, and don’t forget to smile.

Second, it's good to have friends or family who love and support you. They are like your special team, and they help you feel strong and safe. Spend time with them, share your feelings, and let them know when you need help. Just like when we play together, we can always ask for help and work as a team!

Next, try new things, and don't be afraid to make mistakes. Just like when we go to school as children and learn new things every day, we can also keep learning and growing to become even stronger. It’s okay if something doesn’t work out. We can always learn from it and try again. Each time you try, you become stronger and more resilient.

Lastly, take care of yourself. Just like adventurers need rest, good food, and exercise for HP, mana, and EXP, you need to take care of your body and mind. Get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, and move your body. It gives you the energy and strength to face any challenge that comes your way.

So, remember to stay positive, have a special team, be brave and learn from mistakes, and take care of yourself. That's how I build my resilience!

What about you? How’s your journey toward building your resilience? 😊

@kindEyes9789 - one thing I do is to try to let go of being too attached to the results in the things I do. I try to focus on just doing my best and believing in it. If this go badly, and I couldn't really control that, then I let it go. Easier said than done, but sometimes it works.

@MichaelTries2Listen Hey there! It's amazing to hear that you're practicing letting go and doing your best. Sometimes, when we really want something to go a certain way, it can be tough to let it go if it doesn't work out. You're doing an awesome job by focusing on giving your best and believing in yourself. The important thing is to keep trying and be proud of your effort. Keep up the amazing work, and I hope you enjoy your journey! 💪🌟

@kindEyes9789 “Shining cape of positivity.” Mmmm, sounds more like the enema of positivity.

Resilience comes from working through tough $h1t and coming out the other side. It comes from learning to be with one’s emotions, good and bad. It comes from self compassion and learning emotional life skills. Then you have confidence to handle the next good thing or $h1t show life throws at you.
