Hi!
1. Mental health is the evaluation of the quality of the brain, thoughts, behavior, and personality along the time.
2. Stigma is the shame about the person's disability or disorder.
@Samar19
Stigma can be avoided by giving more awareness campaigns about disabled people's rights and how to treat them. Also, giving the disabled people more opportunities to be prone to the normal life as giving them chairs in different jobs. Educating disabled people about how to accept themselves and believe in their gifts and features.
