I love sushi, but no tips or anything.

You probably already know this but letting the rice cool completely, cutting veggies very thin, uniformly and well and enjoying and loving the process is all very important.

Thats awesome! Heres my favorite sushi recipe.

Inside: Crunchy Spicy Tuna

Outside: Tuna, seasoned with Shichimi and Cilantro.

Roll type: Rice on the outside, seaweed and stuffing on inside. Topped with the fish.

If you’re looking for a more simple sushi type, Sweet Potato Rolls are mindblowing. Crunch on the inside with a little tart flavor from the pillowy sushi vinegar rice on the outside.. *chefs kiss

I tried sushi for the 1st time abut 2 years ago and I LOVED IT. It is, however, an acquired taste. Some people will throw parties and ONLY serve sushi and that is a BIG mistake. I have no tips or recipes because I'm no cook but I will say that any sushi that includes salmon is a winner. 😊
