Your creativity is very refreshing, and it is actually similar to a project I have been working on for the last few weeks. I suppose great minds think alike.
Now for my guess, honestly, I don't have a clue, but Europe and the picture is making me lean towards Western Europe near the coast. The Celtic origin could have roots in that same area, possibly France or other nearby countries I am not considering. Good one, you stumped me.

Certainly, when you say Belgium, you say biere🍺🍻😉😊 and what Germany has in volume with Oktoberfest Belgium reigns in beer diversity. Dinant is in the grench Valon side of Belgium in Namur...I swam at night in the river Meuse though shhh because note, it is forbidden to jump or swim in the river Meuse😉. I liked the citadelle better than the church though it is quite nice too but mostly I enjoyed tge colorful outdoors...I do not want to repeat what people can already find by themselves on internet but all I can say is if you allow a whole week to stay, you won't regret, you will nwver forget...😊
It is an easy one, I would have liked Mont St.Michel next, but I'm not yet familiar with imgur and posting pics therefore I cede my winner privilledge to you again😊
