Can You Guess the Object, Part 1
Hello everyone! I have prepared a short game for you. Below you can see 6 traditional souvenirs from around the world and your task is to write:
1. How is the portrayed thing called
2. For which country it is typical?
For every item s name, you get 3 points and for every item s origin, you get 3 points as well. Try to identify as much as possible :) In total, you can earn 36 points!
In the follow-up, there will be 2nd part with different souvenirs around the world and if you don t win in this round, maybe you can be the winner of the second part!!!
The winner with the highest number of points can suggest the next topic to be featured. Good luck.

@OldSerendipityBoat
@azuladragon34
I will not say whether your answers are correct yet until more people participate, but I can give a hint that the first picture is indeed for luck, it is not a pastry or sweets :)
@MoonlightHelper1
I'll stick with my initial answer of tribal protection evil eye- Africa
@OldSerendipityBoat
@azuladragon34
Thank you for your participation! The first item is the Eye (of Osiris) from Malta. People of Malta paint these eyes on their boats called luzzu to protect them. You can read more about these boats here: https://www.maltauncovered.com/culture/maltese-boats-luzzu/

If you are interested in joining the second part of the game, you can click on the following link: https://www.7cups.com/forum/CulturalConnection_87/IceBreakersandForumGames_1583/CanYouGuesstheObjectPart2_219824/
@azuladragon34 you guessed everything except the first item correctly, so as a winner, you can suggest what topic would you like to be featured in the next post (it can be anything as specific as information about a cultural sight you like, or about a country, custom related topic...)
@MoonlightHelper1
Wow. Can't believe I won!!!. Well, I'm not really sure but I don't mind being featured in a culture related topic.
@MoonlightHelper1
I am guessing flamenco dancer figurines, masks that you see in the circus, movies, and the luck cats from Japan, swedish clogs?
@helpfulpanda2468
Good guess :) There are flamenco dancers from Spain, the masks are Venetian carnival masks, Japan lucky charms as you said, and the clogs are Dutch, Swedish ones are similar but they are not usually decorated like Dutch ones and are made typically only of wood. The number one is the eye from Malta and the last one is boomerang from Australia!
