Know how to entertain myself and keep myself positive
@herealways27
May I ask how? I'm currently struggling to be positive and occupying myself but I'm afraid it'll encourage avoidance behaviors. How do you distinguish the two?
@Desertelle
Hey! I think it may take some time to see the balance between the two. I'll take an example of an assignment that needs to be turned in, if it's too hard for me I may try to do some small portions each time and take some breaks in between to entertain myself, but I'll absolutely get the assignment turned in on time with no excuses. For a more general thing, I tend to see the positive sides of everything even if the negativities are what usually shown out. For me, the key is to set and enforce a strict standard to myself. Hope that helps Desert

That's a really amazing quality! I believe getting to know yourself is the biggest key to living a happy life. Many people dont really discover themselves and lose themselves in the daily struggles of life and do not stick to their true selves. In that way they deprive themselves of living the life they truly want.
@blindRainfall88 I totally agree and it was quite a hard way! Often people listen to what other people tell them and they put back their needs and ideas just to be as others want them to be. It made me so sick and at some point I realized that I actually didn't even know who I was, since then I'm paying a lot of attention to what exactly is going on inside of me and I've learned so much!
