I am going to say Thailand Also.
Communicate, communicate communicate, .... opening up to someone, or something is very therapeutic. Dont keep whatever is bothering you bottled up , it will eat through your soul like a cancer . Talk to anyone who is willing to listen ( promise you will feel so much better) And if your not personal, connect with a social outlet such as 7 cups . No ones on here to disrespect nor to judge.
