Hi, everyone! Is anybody here who is studying or have studied psychology AND you have ADHD with memory problems?? How do y’all do it?? I’ve been staring at the screen but the words are not registering 😭 I didn’t have as much of a problem previous semesters so I am a bit anxious.
I’d appreciate any tips rn coz my mental health has been spiralling and my final exams starts umm tomorrow 😅🤣😩
I'm studying psychology through a online platform (Cappella university) there's alot to learn so it can get exhausting but it's also extremely interesting and fun I live in the united States:)
