Are you left handed?

I wanted to know how many of us are left handed here!
It would also be fun to know any story or superstition you heard of that's associated with being left handed.

In my culture the older generation wasn't allowed to write with their left hand, but had to learn to write with their right hand.
Today there's a big change and it's not something that's seen as a "bad" thing. It's more like "Oh cool, you are a leftie".
From what I heard there are many politicians that are great politicians that are lefties. (The percentage of left-handed politicians are much higher than the average 10% of the population). Also there are many musicians, painters and sportsmen that are lefthanded.

Well I've heard that left handed people are usually very intelligent...iono
But this particular story isn't a superstition, it happened to me
When I was much younger, say pre-school/ nursery, I was still learning how to write. I used my left hand in school but I always got reprimanded by my teacher. Fear engulfed me and I stopped writing when I was at school. Instead, I'll get home and write, while my school books were incomplete.
My parents realised that I was writing at home but my notes were incomplete so they came with me to school only for the teacher to say it's wrong for me to write with my left hand and they're going to do thier possible best to make me write with right....hehehe my dad and entered the school the same day and no one ever bothered me again. In some parts of the world, there's a stereotype against those of us the are left handed and I really hope it dies soon enough!

@blueSquare7311 I'm right handed 😁 but my hands are a bit different. Like when I type I have to use my middle finger. But I'm getting so much better at working with my hands😁 ❤

Not entirely but some stuff i can only do with my left hand its strange ! Like i can hold my bag only using left hand or shoulder sometimes i eat comfortably with my left hand

used to be ambidextrous, until the school i technically went to said to pick a hand so i picked my left
