How do you keep on moving forward ?
Hello everyone ♡
My name is Ashe and I have aspd. I struggle to maintain healthy friendships and most of the time, I end up suffering from friendship breakups that make me feel like a loser. Despite my disorder, I still wish to be a good friend and be appreciated by my peers.
Do you have any advice on how to break toxic patterns and grow healthier relationships ? I also wish to know if you would have any introspection advices that could allow me to change and improve myself as a person. I struggle with grudges and letting go of the past most...
Thank you, I hope everyone here has a nice day. It is also nice to meet you all ♡

Hi Ashe! To build healthier relationships, start by reflecting on recurring patterns that lead to conflicts and work on changing them. Seeking feedback from friends or a therapist can offer valuable insights into your interactions. Practicing empathy and understanding others’ perspectives can strengthen your connections. Working on letting go of grudges and focusing on the present can help you move forward. Setting small, manageable goals and celebrating progress can make the journey towards healthier relationships more manageable.
