I often have interesting thoughts such as: If your feelings or mental health were a place/country, where would that place be? Is it a happy place?

In the middle of a stormy ocean, dark and wavy, thundery. I don't think I could see any shore where I can rest and lay and safely surrend my weary body.

Hipster Cafe. Lots of niche noise, ideas, and maybe something exotic. Stressful from being rarely understands sometimes.

A slowly expanding sink hole. Just when I climb out, it widens again, usually within hours. No matter how hard, or how fast I climb or run, I keep falling back in.
