Sarmale are traditional Romanian cabbage rolls, often considered the national dish, typically served during holidays like Christmas and Easter. They consist of minced meat (usually pork or a mix) combined with rice, onion, and spices, wrapped in sour cabbage (sauerkraut) leaves and slow-cooked for several hours with tomato juice and bacon.

I am from India and I like Masala Dosa basically for westerners it is a spicy crape with potato filling.. there is this place where my dad takes me on Fridays when I hv full day schl nd then within a span of 30 minutes I need to reach my tuition centre.. he gets me this masala Dosa.. its less than a dollar but its filling and yummy. It has potato filling which is mushy nd has peas in it and they put alot of ghee nd the Dosa is so crispy nd they give 2 chutneys... like sauces.. one is tomato one not ketchup but sauce nd other is coconut one i love it.. its been long i ate it.. bcoz of war lots of restaurants are closing hope it didnt get shut..
