Me too! I've always felt like I couldn't share my beliefs with anyone because of where I live in the South. So nice to meet a kindred spirit!
@bookishblondie Two things:
- Believe it or not, as a Jew I understand how you feel. A lot of us keep it under wraps, too.
- However, there is a thriving pagan scene in many parts of the South...it's just not that obvious in most places. I've met a few pagans since moving to northeast FL, including two Norse-style ones. From them & some Internet time, I got a distinct impression there are some dedicated covens/groups/etc. in & around Jacksonville.
