Hey,

I think that an Arabic community will be a good idea, who agrees ?

I am from Algeria which is an Arabic country but is very different from middle east countries.

The most known Maghreb's dish is Couscous, but as I'm not a big fan of it I'll talk about my favorite plates:

Chorba (kinda soup)

Kebab: it's a bit different from known kebab but it's very delicious also :p
