Do you speak a dialect?
A dialect is a regional variety of language distinguished by features of vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation from other regional varieties but all from the same language. By example, I speak joual, which is a dialect from Quebec french, and is spoken in montreal.
I speak Brooklyn, believe me it is quite far from standard English one learns in school !!!!!! 
The dialect that people speak here is called Patois (or has I call it, Patwa or Patwah), you'll here it quite a lot if you come here. I speak it sometimes though I try not to.
My dialect is Northern Irish and British, with American influence.
@TortueDesBois I'm English, but I'm able to understand, and converse in American English. Admittedly, most people in the UK can, but it's still very weird to us! "Rutabaga"is by far the funniest word in the American language, and I can't help but giggle every time I hear it. "Putting gas in the gar" sounds like an awful idea to me, and "sidewalk", "racquetball", and "horseback-riding" are such simple words that they're kind of beautiful. It's also weird to me that Americans have a completely different, and insulting use, for innocent words like "faggot" and "fag", which I learnt at about the age of 8, after an American couple heard me saying something along the lines of "Ugh! I hate faggots.", which, as I'm sure you can imagine, shocked them a little tiny bit :-D

Yeah some wild dialects if I think about it. They can really be far from standard at times.
I have a very thick southern accent. Like, I'm from Mississippi, deep South. How it sounds- "Aah have uh vury thiicckk suuthern axsint. Laahke, aahmm frum Misisippi, deep South."
Most of us here in Malaysia do speak in a dialect we call 'Manglish'. Though i would'nt really call it a dialect, i thought it would be interesting to talk about it! It's a combination of Bahasa Malaysia ( our national language ), Mandarin ( since about 20% of Malaysia is made up of Chinese people), a little bit of Tamil ( as 11% of us are Indians) and of course, English!
Malaysia is a multidiverse country so the best way to communicate with each other is if we jumble up all of our languages to one!

I speak tirolerisch. It's a dialect drom the austrian german. It hears funny sometimes; okay, most of the time. 
English: Could I have a horse please?
German: Kann ich bitte ein Pferd haben?
Tirolerisch: Ku I bittschen a Ross hob'n?
