I'm from Chicago and therefore I'm thankful for the opportunity to try different types of cuisines.
I'm quite partial to spicy food, also.
Here's a few items from different countries that I really like:
Indian - chili chicken biryani
Thai - drunken noodle
Vietnamese - beef pho
Mexican - bistec a la mexicana
Italian - eggplant parmesan

All of these look absolutely delicious! It's nice when we can have a variety of options to experience different cultures and their foods.

Its great to be able to try all of these and even more types of cuisines here 😊 I had the chili chicken biryani a couple weeks ago and it was purely delicious 😋😊 Im a member of several dining out groups here and we all go to different restaurants here 😄
Also, I have a friend originally from Guatemala who lives in a Latino neighborhood here in the city thats got restaurants featuring cuisines from several different central and South American countries. I went to a Peruvian restaurant with him and my Dad who was visiting me and had this delicious lamb stew braised in wine 😋
I had a craving for pasta the whole week yet I can't even have that...
Crepes are good, or just the bread in france, the french know how make bread I would die for a baguette right about now.
@neverendingMermaid74 Xinkali, Mtsvadi, Ostri, and Xachapuri with Lobiani for sure.
