Kimson thanks so much for this its awesome!! For me I need to talk more to my close folks I trust. I really can't remember the last time I had a personal chat with someone. Also being honest with myself when Im feeling low or burnt out. To not keep going but some how get some self care in there. Accept more on things I just can't do right at the moment. I am one parent one person. Also love me moreheartThis is very important dealing with mental health. Again I needed this thank you!

take a break or have a ME time, we're always preoccupied by a lot of things that can be mentally and physically draining, so a ME time is a must. Talk to someone you're comfortable talking to (don't keep it all in - let go laugh), and get physically active - whether that is doing your workout routine, taking a walk by the beach etc.

Let yourself know that you are not alone and there are people who love and care for you.

Tell yourself to let go of any unforgiveness and bitterness and accept people the way they are.

Take a step back and do not control what you cannot control.

According to me, the things that could help with mental health are:

1. Deal with one thing at a time. Life has the habit of hurling different obstacles all at once, so we just have to relax and deal with one problem at a time instead of trying to solve them all at once.

2. Take self-care breaks and not feel guilty about it . Often we prioritize others' feelings over ours and as a result sometimes it leaves us exhausted mentally. We should learn to take breaks from the chaos around us and not feel guilty for prioritizing ourselves once in a while no matter what the opportunity cost is.

3. Spend atleast some time everyday, even a few minutes to exercise or engage in any time of physically straining activity. Exercising not only has physical benefits but it's contribution to mental health is immense! Going for a walk outside even for 10mins will make you feel refreshed and rejenuvated.

4. Eat and sleep well and on time . If your body is tired, you won't be able to deal with the everyday challenges with full vigor.

@TheSteveFundYPOC I think one of the biggest things is checking in with yourself regularly. It's easy to ignore stress until it starts affecting your sleep, mood, or relationships. Small habits like getting enough rest, staying active, spending time with supportive people, and taking breaks when you need them can really help.

It's also okay to ask for professional support if you're struggling. Reaching out to a qualified mental health professional doesn't mean something is "wrong" with you—it can simply be a way to better understand yourself and learn healthy coping strategies. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.
