hand lettering (any calligraphers here?)
I've gotten back into it after a hiatus of several years. It's something I can do on almost a regular basis, as lettering doesn't require quite as much effort (for me) as illustration or other art genres & so is more suitable for us chronically ill folk.
What's changed is that I don't only use broad nibs, as I did in the early 2010's...now I use brushes. Anyone else who does lettering by hand, feel free to post it here. Best to keep the subject matter SFW for obvious reasons. I hope I'm not the only scribe in 7Cups!...

Been waiting forever to see someone else's work on here, so I don't have to carry the whole thread by myself. And yes, it's good. The word "graceful" comes to mind.
...Dunno who Garvanshi is but presumably he's happy with how you rendered his name.
You do it with a brush, eh?...impressive. I don't have that kind of control. If you scroll to the top of the thread, you'll see how my brush lettering is. 🤪

Garvanshi is my name 😂 and thank you so much I so your work it's pretty good well this one was done with brush pen took some real efforts but somehow got it done 😉
