Any ideas on how to improve this guy's design? (image in replies)

I've gotten his personality down, He's a Happy fella who almost never frowns but never takes anything seriously. He also has toon force powers, (Poppeye and bugs bunny like powers, doing things that they do in old cartoons like winding up your arm like a screw or stretching your body like rubber)

Also, he's not a fursona, he's human (sorta, he's made of magic clay) He just has a cat mask
