amigirumi (crochet stuffies)!!
They’re pretty easy
anything roughly oval/round with mostly the same colors is easier, like a pig (idk)
tbh I never use patterns, stuffies are a good place to mess around with it and figure out yarn physics (for lack of a better word) and then you can make your own patterns if you aren’t already :)

amigurumi is honestly the best; lowkey yarn physics is such a real thing and honestly yarn mathematics too, there’s definitely math involved no doubt 😂

I actually started earlier this year too and I’ve been obsessed with amigurumi lately, they’re just too cute to resist (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶) .ᐟ.ᐟ
well, if you’re looking for easy project ideas, you could try:
✩ little plushies (like bees, octopuses or mini bears)
✩ simple coasters or granny squares
✩ small keychains (great for quick wins!)
Amigurumi is super beginner-friendly once you get the hang of it! :)

How about Winter hats for dogs complete with faux earmuffs
Or, what about Halloween hats?maybe witches hats for dogs?
Then there's always Valentine's Day... a heart hat with a Cupid and an arrow on a hat would be adorable for a dog...
