How to get rid of art block
Step one: Get an art block
Step two: Get your supplies (or tablet if you are digital)
Step Three: Put on your favorite music, From heavy metal to lofi, any music helps
Step four: Let the music guide your pencil/stylus
Step five: Go from there!!!

@limesnlemons44 Thanks for posting. I think the main problem is either never knowing what to draw or paint and also being scared of it not being any good or ruining the page.
I find it helps to just start with simple things that I know I can paint, so things like colour swatch blocks, then the colours tend to move me, and yes music is a must!
