ASL as in the American Sign Language? Yusss it can be considered a hobby and a rewarding one too! I'm glad you're enjoying learning!
How are you learning it? By yourself via some tools/ videos etc? Or classes?😮

Learning a new language is definitely considered a hobby!! And an enriching one at that!
I've taken a few ASL courses and I loved every minute, it's such a cool language! Have you learned any signs? :)
