Depression Support Check-in: February 4th-5th 2021

Hi my beloved friends. I hope all of you have been doing well. This week, I've been through self doubt and questioning my self worth due to unexpected events that happened recently. Don't worry about me, I'll be better eventually. Now enough about me. Let's get to our check-in questions.
