I don't feel loved and cared for

So sorry you feel this way. When people leave or let you down it is just the worst. I guess you had something so wonderful for it to now hurt so bad. Without suffering their is no compassion and to truly feel on a deep level you will feel all negative emotions such as yours. Normal but not true. Just because we wish or want or invison things would be different or because we don't understand the reason behind things doesn't mean things arent happening exactly as it should. Everything happens for a reason, trust this!! Sometimes a person's not meant to be apart of our whole story but just a chapter and forefilled what it is they came in our lives for. Be kind to yourself. Nothing goes by you that is for you x
