I feel hopeless most of the time

I feel numb and hopeless most of time and I also experience depersonalization, derealization, hallucinations, and anxiety on the daily. Two years ago I was diagnosed with depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and ADHD. I'm in high school and I was cut off from therapy last September and I'm not on any medication, although it might be helpful. Does anyone know how to cope?

Hi @doublechocomochi,

I can imagine what you're experiencing, I have gone through some of these experiences as well. It can be grim.

If you're still in school, would you perhaps consider talking to a school psychologist/counsellor or a kind and trustworthy teacher or any other person of trust? Though you're in a dark place, you are aware of your needs and that's great. Maybe it's worth communicating them to someone who will help?

Do you have your support system and healthy ways to cope?

Feel better soon.
