I feel like I can't trust my friends. I always feel like they are gonna end up not liking me no more or gonna kill me. Like today I saw something sharp and I had an panic attack thinking that all my friends were gonna use it on me!

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. It sounds like it would be distressing to feel paranoid about whether you're safe around your friends. How long have you felt this way about your friends and what makes you think they would harm you?
