I did apologise yes. I explained everything too. I think i just pushed a boundary that there is no way back from. do you think i should apologise again, i’ve been thinking too but i don’t want to be selfish and contact him again when he said i’ll never hear from him again.

It can be so hard not to beat yourself up in situations like that. Remember that we all make mistakes. What kinds of things are you doing to care for yourself right now?@Hischild
