As someone who has battled depression multiple times in my life, I believe I can empathize with this void you are feeling.

Please know that you are not alone dealing with these types of feelings, and that we have trained active listeners as well as licensed therapists on 7Cups, that latter of which can take a more hands-on role in helping you get into a better headspace. :)

I wouldn't describe it as a void, more a cold dark, oh see where your coming from, but maybe throw some paranoia in..
