What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.
Feeling stupid all of the time. The way I look. I feel inadequate. I feel like I am not worth anything. I can't do anything right. I will never be enough.
i hate that whenever i feel good, im generally happy and i care so much about my friends but they dont feel the same and im reminded of that and end up having another breakdown and ugh i wish people cared as much as i do. i wish i didnt feel things so deeply. i hate that i get so attached to temorary friends. i hate that my friends see mental illness as wanting attention. i hate that i cant speak up for myself. i hate that i dont have the motivation or confidence to be the girl i used to be.
Everything
other than everything...
I hate my lack of confidence.
I hate how I look. I've always been insecure and I hate myself.
I hate how I'm shy.
My arrogance.
I hate that I pretend to be happy when I'm actually sad.
I have lost passion in all areas of my life. I hate myself for getting to this point. I hate that I am giving up on me and life. And I hate that I didn't think about myself or my happiness in all of my choices in life.

Can I point out you made it this far and didn't give up. Why stop now? I want to hear about you and learn stuff.
@MaDaCa
Pick one small thing to make you happy. Start there. I wanted a big dining room table that would sit 14. I got it. Now I'm filling one seat at a time! Each step leads to a full house at the holidays. Maybe not this year, but I got the table and two of the seats filled!
I hate the way my brain explodes with fear and anxiety and I am so sure everyone around me can hear it.
