What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.
everithing I heat everithing about myself
I don't hate anything about myself. There are things that I'm really bad at and I've made plenty of mistakes but who hasn't?
And in a hundred years nobody will remember me and none of this will matter so who cares? I'm really not that important. The world will keep turning no matter what I do.
It just doesn't make sense to hate myself.
All of awful past behavior
I hate that I always think of other people happiness that just to make them happy I lie and get lied to but nobody understands me and instead judge me all the time.
I hate that I cannot be selfish and think of myself.
My body, I'm trans and I hate my feminine body and my feminine chest. I want to go on Testosterone and have top surgery already.
I love everything about me ,there's no time to hate myself and harm it even there are mistakes...we can fix it not hate them
I hate myself.
I hate saying something that says something else than what was meant to be said
That all the mistakes in my life were more major and unforgiving than I ever thought they were :(
Today is my twin best friends' birthday, and despite me wishing them happy birthday every year for the last well ever, I'm still treated like a ghost, like scum, like a criminal, as if I was constantly making the same unforgivable mistake every day :(
If I truly was the monster, or scumbag that they now think I am, I wouldn't even bother acknowledging their birthday or any of their many accomplishments, yet I do every year and I feel like crap and I feel shame every year and every day for the screwups I have made and yet its sadly not good enough :(
my level of lack of control
@RealTree3
Sometimes my family says things that make me feel worthless. Part of me want to think that they dont do it on purpose, but another part of me wonders why they even say it....
@patientCat6084
perhaps it could be some sort of "drive of motivation" they are trying to use? A method that is known not to work.
