What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.

Everything. My ability to get a friend or girlfriend. I hate how no one likes me. I hate myself in general. I hate how my anxiety is so bad I only say like 10 words per day

I hate my impulsevness. I know realistically that being impulsiv is not always the best but impulsivly deciding to tell my foods teacher about my family issues and how im feeling about it is something that i truly hate. I make too many embarressing and bad on the spot decisions and am always feeling like crap cause of them.
I am perfect in my imperfection. I just hate that others cant see it clearly :P ;)
I hate just about everything about myself.
- how much of a fatty I am
-how I act in social situations at times
-how irritable I can be
-having to use my mental illness as an excuse
-how unwanted and worthless I am
-my lack of motivation and laziness
-the stupid things Ive done while being manic (ex: selling myself)
the list can go on.
I hate my fear of interacting with people.
I hate how harsh I am with mysel.
I dislike that there is an unforgiving part of me that feels like Id be better off dead. Its a constant struggle when I am severely depressed.
