What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.
my tendency to isolate and strike at whoever comes too close
I hate my anxiety/depression/addictions. I hate that I can't seem to change no matter how much I want to.
I tend to make the same mistakes over and over again.
i hate how i cant make friends i always help people out but no helps me i hate that no one listen to me.....WHO AM I KIDDING I HATE EVERYTHING
I hate how I've let people influence me to the point where I have compromised my own happiness. I use to be so happy and excited to be alive and now I've allowed negative people/situations get the best of me.
I hate the fact that people call me beautiful yet I'm not. Yet when I say I'm not they get angry at me.
I also hate how when I look at myself in the mirror I hate everything I see.
I also hate how happy all my friends are without me and it just makes be want to disappear but I can't.
I hate how I sometimes can't make myself out of bed so my family gets angry
i hate how im not motivated.
I hate that i get so emotionally attached to people who wouldn't lift a finger for me.
I hate that im blind to people mistreating me and using me for their own wellbeing.
Nothing. I can finally say that I love myself more than anyone else.
That I cant do it all.
