What do you hate about yourself?

Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.

What do I hate about myself? I hate that I no longer enjoy making music. I hate that I know longer have self control. I hate work I hate the way I talk the way I truly have given up on basic daily activities such as cleaning and bathing and getting snacks. And I hate that I've found it easier to lay in bed not eating for days on end than to get up and do something with myself. I hate I find comfort in the thought of death sometimes

I hate how bad I make myself feel and how I use all my time thinking about all the bad things instead of moving forward to start living again.

I could go on all day about what I hate about myself. I hate that I never have any confidence, and I overthink almost everything. I literally can not put myself out there, or I will think about it at 3 am for the next 10 years. I also hate that whenever I'm depressed there's one sane part of my brain telling me not to hurt myself or to tell my mom. The problem is I can't seem to stop, so it's just really annoying and makes me feel guilty. Also, whenever I'm not depressed, or feeling better, there's one depressed part of my brain telling me that I can't be happy, that I have depression, ect. and it makes me feel like I'm never truly happy - just distracting myself from sadness. I'm just going to leave it here because I could go on forever, so..... that's it.frown

Reject those thoughts with all the anger you can muster. Hold yourself up high and be proud and protective of yourself. You are an amazing person!! I believe that one part of humanity has learned to control the other part in an evil scheem. Its just like how therapists hold us down and control us to keep giving them money in hopes to recieve something that doesn't exsist. The cure is independant thinking. Completely rejecting their mind-bending control tactics. We are what is good in the world, and we must not allow ourselves to keep being tricked, repressed, or controled by the smiles that hide their evil ajenda. Why when we ask a therapist a valid respectful question are we quickly having our accounts suspended? Because we are starting to get so close to the truth is scares them they might be exposed for their crimes on humanity. This acount will quickly get suspended for my saying this as proof that again the evil were afraid. My post will then be deleated within a few weeks, if not right away. Stand tall and take back your confidence fast because our weaknesses will fast make us their prey.

Be the predator instead of the prey, then you can have the power of conscience to do no harm. You can control your own destiny!!

I'm a 24 year old law student, I just recently started an interior decorating business and I feel like it's going to fail. I worry too much about the future and I fear failing. Also, social media has made me feel like my life is moving too fast and I feel like I'm ageing
