What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.
Maybe, about giving up. Maybe I should work harder than what it should be, do more, not afraid of people very much. Maybe I should try be open to everyone else more.
The fact that nothing I do ever prospers.
My efforts are constantly crushed!
I hate that I dont belong anywhere, Ive never fit in but at the same time I find it impossible for me to go with the flow on things-I do my own thing always and as a result Im usually on my own. Ive been this way my whole life. People say Im independent minded, yes, but at the expense of never being on the inside...I just observe from the outside, usually alone.
Being short
Still looking ugly despite losing weight in the past months
Having a slight speech impediment
being at an age where Im expected to already have a place of my own, be moving up on the career ladder, be married or maybe even starting my own family.
i start out strong with ambition and then sizzle because i hate everything i create. and literally everything else about my being
I don't care about life and I'm a failure..
l can pickup feelings of other...so easily be sad inside if someone said something heart me or something
My moods, my temper, my sadness, my confusion, my loneliness.
Being disabled I know it sounds horrible but it's true.
Im very sensitive and I trust too easily
