A Good Week

This has been a great week, but I have a public speaking engagement tomorrow that I’m afraid will send me into a downward spiral. 😔 As far as depression goes though….this has been my best week in a long time.

Even though I was anxious and nervous, I think it went better than expected. I believe public speaking will always make me nervous. It doesn’t matter if it’s 5 people or 50 people. 🙂
