I'm new to my job but I badly want to quit but I don't know how because I just started this month. I don't want to put a 2 week notice because I can't really stand it anymore. I can't go to work anymore because I'm so mentally drained. What do I do if I wanna stop going to work
Can someone pls give me any

Have you really given it a chance? Many a new job the stress of being new, trying to feel comfortable and confident and I wanted to just leave.........I did it once and regretted it. I left because I was not fitting in like I thought I would and was not confident in myself.
Instead, now I give myself a goal like one month more and if it is still not working or I do not see any way to make it work ...sometimes it is just a matter of finding my place in the job.
If leaving, Give notice and Tell the truth.......... that this is not a good fit for you as an employee thank them for the chance, but you have decided to find something else. Many times, they will not hold you to the 2 weeks but just cut ties. No one is happy as interviewing and finding someone then the time money and energy to train........ only to start over is something most managers or HR do not look forward to, they chose you because they felt you could succeed.
Wow, your advice literally made me rethink my choices but I just feel tired working non-stop as a CNA, you take care of people for 8 hours and only get 20-30minute break or a few 15 minutes break. The job is just so draining.
However, I think you’re right that they hired me because they think I’m capable that’s why I feel so shy to quit but this job has been affecting my mental health so I’m not sure what actions to take
@ririboom
Caregiver jobs are exhausting and the CNA role is very difficult often with jobs like that it is more about having some success with those you care for. it can be overwhelming but when stressed or drained find a 30 second place of appreciating the difference you are making.
do you think you would like to become a nurse or other medical profession?
