Hey all, im pretty new here I am looking for some help with feeling alone. I really struggle with this and dont have any home support to lean on.

being alone is hard ...
I found trying to fill alone was frustrating.... making new friends or trying to be more social can be frustrating as finding time that you are both available etc.
finding happy and being my own best friend has helped me. do not rely on others to fill a void you feel.... if they show up or do fill some great but to me that is icing on a cupcake you are the cupcake all on your own.
