Anger
I don't know why but lately I've just had anger inside of me. Almost everything makes me mad now! Btw if there's spacing then sorry but I'm not usually like this and idk why all of a sudden I'm acting like this¿
@LilliRex hey there. nice to meet you :) did something happened recently that keep bothering or upset until now? No worries, those random outbursts always get the best of me from time to time as well. Would like to hear back from you.
@LilliRex
It sounds like you're experiencing a lot of intense anger right now, and it’s completely understandable to feel confused about these emotions, especially if they seem sudden or out of character for you. Anger can be a powerful and overwhelming emotion, and it’s important to approach it with compassion and curiosity about what might be causing it.
Sometimes, anger can arise when there are underlying issues or unmet needs that haven't been fully addressed. It could be related to stress, feeling misunderstood, or other emotions like sadness or frustration that are finding an outlet through anger. It might be helpful to reflect on any recent changes or events in your life that could be contributing to how you’re feeling.
Recognizing that you’re not usually like this is a significant insight, and it shows that you’re in tune with your emotional state. It’s okay to feel angry and to acknowledge it without judgment. It can also be beneficial to find ways to express and manage this anger in healthy ways. This might include activities like physical exercise, creative outlets, or journaling, which can provide a constructive way to process and release some of that energy.
It’s also valuable to give yourself permission to explore these feelings without rushing to resolve them immediately. Sometimes, simply allowing yourself to sit with and understand your emotions can be an important part of finding clarity and relief.
Your feelings are valid, and it’s important to approach yourself with kindness and patience as you navigate through this period. You are not alone in this, and acknowledging what’s happening is a brave first step towards finding balance and peace.
