How do you make it better during one of your worse days? When you’re easily triggered?

@jesusredeemedme2425 Honestly crying helps, it also helps to isolate a little to avoid getting triggered. Talking to someone, going to a beach or a park that you like helps as well. If possible then just taking the day off helps recharge a bit, watching a movie or doing some art helps. Some days are not about confronting the issue:) cause that might take a lot of energy so on those days I feel distraction helps until you gain back the energy to stand up again <3

@BlueDarkAurora @jesusredeemedme

Yep I agree with everything Aurora just said ❤❤ crying and hiding alone under my blanket is a regular thing for me, it helps to just be alone and cry it out sometimes ❤ also talking helps sometimes, I'm right here if you want to talk ❤ we are all here for you ❤ gives you a giant tiny hug ❤

@jesusredeemedme2425 ,

Hey there, I am sorry you are feeling terrible. How are you going through it at the moment ? Distracting myself helps a lot when I am having a tough time. That way , it's easier not to fixate on hurtful thoughts. Can you think of anything trigger free you can do to distract yourself ? Watching a comedy movie? Getting chores done ? Hobbies ? If you are inclined spiritually , visiting or spending time at any house of worship might help if you are feeling lonely.

I think I need variety.  Like, I need relaxment, but I need to go out and do something positive too.  It's gotta be in ways that I'm not just haunting my own house or swooping around town like a phantom.

@jesusredeemedme2425 When I have a bad day, I will choose to do something by myself (this method may not work for everyone, I hope you can find your own outlet in the end). For example, I will go out alone late at night to watch a late night sea or movie, which will make me feel relaxed. Or a better way is to go shopping. Whether it is for men or women, spending money like crazy on what you like is also a very pleasant thing.

@jesusredeemedme2425Hi,  I just wanted to share what's really helped me overcome depression. Honestly, you don't need medication or therapy.  I used to struggle with depression, but as long as I start eating eating clean and organic foods, I feel relived.  This will reset your system like doing exericise and help you feel mentally clear and happy!
