Depressed

Hi, I’m new to 7 cups. I’ve actually come from Talk Life. I’ve been on Talk Life for years on and off and it has not helped me at all. If anything it’s making everything worse. I’m hoping I can come on here and gain support from people going through similar. I’m just feeling very de- motivated and hurt again. I just need someone to talk to if possible..
