For some reason my depression got worse after my birthday. I was doing good. Postpartum depression is the worse I have never felt like this in my life. But gotta keep pushing and pray pray pray 🙏

@mcoleman2006 First of all welcome and belated happy birthday, mcoleman. I hope this year be an easy one for you and know you have all of us here with you to listen to and support. You are not alone in this. Also, I am sorry to hear that your depression worsened after your birthday. It looks like you were doing better before then. What do you think might have caused it to get worse now?
