@nino762 Hello, I am so sorry about what you are going through. What you are describing is a deeply exhausting state known as emotional numbness, and it is your brain’s natural defense mechanism. When emotional pain, stress, or trauma becomes too overwhelming to process, your nervous system flips a "circuit breaker" to protect you from overloading. It feels like the sting never leaves because your system is trapped in a protective "freeze" state, shutting down your ability to cry or feel joy just to keep you functioning while life moves forward.

Try holding an ice cube in your hand, take a cold shower, or wrap yourself in a very heavy blanket. These strong, safe sensations break the mental "fog" without forcing an emotional. I hope you will be okay soon. 🤗

Dear Beloved,

I can feel your pain. Please do not isolate yourself, as it can worsen your emotional pain. Share your thoughts and feelings with people who understand and support you.

Please share with us the thoughts that are troubling you. What is disturbing your mind? What do you desire, and what do you feel has been missing from your life? What do you think could help bring your happiness back?

Try writing down all the questions that are troubling your mind and then answer them honestly. Understanding the root of your pain and addressing the unresolved questions within you may help ease your emotional suffering.

Remember, you are not alone. We are here for you. You can share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns with us. Sometimes, expressing what you are going through can bring relief and help you feel less burdened.

Sending you strength, support, and healing 💕
